Iskra Kondenzatorji Starts-up a New Automated Production Line

In the Iskra Kondenzatorji company, a new KPL 35xx type LC-filter automatic production line has entered trial operation.

This investment in an amount of close to one million euros, started in the first semester of 2008. Under trial operation, the line already delivers its first production series of LC-filters for known customers. LC-filters are to be integrated in high-end household appliances, such as washing machines, coffee machines, microwave ovens and similar.

Pursuant to the ISO 9001 standard, the release of the mass series production is also subject to the consent by the customers, whose manufacturing plants are predominantly located in Europe. Major customers, whose 'audit' visits are expected in Iskra Kondenzatorji over the coming months, include traditional Iskra customers such as Bosch-Siemens GmbH, Miele & Cie. GmbH, Whirlpool Europe etc.
