Inelco Hunter Ltd works strictly with new, factory sealed products. Typically, these products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. However, because the warranty periods are based on the original date of purchase from the manufacturer, they can vary considerably.
Inelco Hunter Ltd. Warranty:
Our standard warranty is for 1 year from date of despatch, Return To Base (RTB). We can also offer extended warranties for up to 3 years on some products. If any product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced in the quickest time possible.
Requesting an RMA form:
Inelco Hunter Ltd offer you an easy, efficient solution.
Your first point of call will be to contact our Support Department for an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01189 166 923
Once contact has been made, an RMA form will be issued for you to complete.

This must be completed in order to receive an unique RMA number so it can be returned to our Support Department for Authorisation.
An RMA number will then be issued to you in writing.
Returning authorised Goods:
Once an RMA number has been received, please pack the goods safely for return and make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of all packages.
Failure to do this could cause considerable delay as it will be difficult to identify. Where possible the original packaging (if in original condition) should be used. If this is not available then please make sure the item(s) are properly protected.
Please note that the Inelco Hunter RMA form should be used for ALL RETURNS whether they are unwanted goods or used items being returned under warranty for repair or replacement.
